November and December have been busy months for our development team. This post includes a quick summary of the changes and all the details. We’ll be taking the changes live this weekend (December 15). There will be a lot of changes so I encourage you to take a look.
One of our most popular features is Twitter sharing, which allows districts to share player achievements on Twitter. In the past, you had to apply for a Twitter developer account, which gives users access keys that we copy into Alludo to start sending tweets automatically/in the background. This is a great way to share with your teacher PLNs, drive engagement, and in general, is something that we really support.
Collaboration has become a serious buzzword in education over the past few years. Teachers are encouraged to collaborate with one another, and foster collaboration among their students. Project-based learning, collaborative classroom environments, and collaborative tech tools are becoming increasingly popular. Is this intense focus on collaboration just edu-jargon? The research says no.
