SET Lab Exhibition

The SET Lab Exhibition is an annual educational innovation conference for edtech industry leaders, educators, education leaders, and students.

  • To showcase innovation at K-12 schools in the DMV area, six groups of students, representing 3 schools, will present innovative projects they have conducted over the past year. These short presentations include a variety of subject areas and topics.
  • EdTech industry leaders will demo their products and services at the SET Lab Exhibition vendor showcase. This showcase gives educators and educational leaders an opportunity to learn from and network with companies providing the best educational technology tools on the market.

Preparing students to navigate the landscape of news media is perhaps the most urgent challenge for educators today. From satire and hoaxes to partisan rumors and outright disinformation, today’s information landscape is the most challenging and complex in human history. News literacy—the skills for interpreting and critically analyzing news and information—is nothing less than fundamental to the future success of students and the world they’re responsible for shaping.

PBL World 2018

PBL World is the premier conference for Project Based Learning. Each year, we bring together dedicated K-12 teachers, instructional coaches, and school and district leaders who want to connect with each other and learn more about PBL. PBL World is not like other conferences that have a variety of short sessions by many different presenters—it's an institute, where participants go through a continuous multi-day experience. We believe PBL transforms students - and PBL World transforms educators!
